Provide expert-level hardware system support & deployment support (inc performance assurance) as a domain expert to region, customers, & cross departmental teams. Primary role objectives: • Management of the following core business functions: o Deployment of new products into customer environments o Delivery of onsite service and support for the installed product base • Recruiting and retaining high quality resources to deliver the above functions • Contributing to the CI in delivery of the above functions to achieve cost and quality benefits, aligned with MineWare goal of being a premium solution providerand trusted advisor to our customers • Ensuring activities throughout the region are undertaken with the highest regard for WHSE and, as a minimum, comply with all MineWare and the customer’s policies and proceduresKey accountabilities within assigned region: • Managing the end-to-end process of product delivery, applying MineWare and general project management disciplines and systems • Managing an operations team including project managers, engineers and field-based support resources, deliver business functions within the scope of the role• Managing any in-region warehousing or inventory management requirements. Being familiar with, and ensure complete compliance with, all customer project and support obligations including SLA conformance• Ensuring effective and timely communications across the organization and to all stakeholders to ensure high levels of visibility of all activitiesKey internal interactions:• Assisting the Regional Manager with resourcing plans and budgets for the region• Assisting the global VP - Product Delivery to ensure MineWare defined systems and processes are applied consistently and effectively across all regions.• Providing indirect supervision of the in-region ISC support resources and assist the Global ISC Manager in ensuring the effectiveness of this team.• Providing assistance to other MineWare regional/global business functions as appropriate to improve our customer’s experience, their adoption of our products, and ultimately their satisfaction with us as a supplier

• Ensuring product support function is delivered with the highest level of professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness• Providing field/remote product support services for installed product base.• Acting as a key point of contact between Mineware and customer contacts for the purposes of coordination & delivery of all support related activities.Primary Accountabilities:• Managing and delivering 1st and 2nd level support services, off and on site• Maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external customers. • Maintaining support tickets through their lifecycle in the internal service management system. This includes receiving, logging support requests, undertaking problem diagnosis, resolution, and, if required, escalation to 3rd level support resources.• Communicating with clients through the life cycle of individual support tickets• Negotiating with customers support ticket resolution times where the resolution time will fall outside of agreed SLA• Maintaining strong, professional relationships with customers and end users• Ensuring all Support activities are in line with contractual requirements including client requirements for interaction with third party support companies• Ensuring Mineware obligations under general work and safety standards are met by personnel & representatives• Assisting the regional Technical Account Manager with the smooth, successful management of the customer relationship• Acting as a key technical point of contact between Mineware, the regional TAM and the client’s nominated site champion• Coordinating any required sub-contractors’ activities both on and off site • Monitor installed products, associated systems for faults & respond appropriately to faults detected• Develop and maintain technical competence• Assisting in RCA activities to reduce the likelihood/consequences of common product issues• Working on the after-hours support (on-call) roster in conjunction with global support team

Perform maintenance, routine inspections, upgrades on plant instrumentation which includes plc, scada, CCU, soft starters, brake economizers, VSD, inverters, rectifiers, motors. Manage the contracting of maintenance work, new installations. Planning of shutdowns, doing maintenance schedules for preventative maintenance.
