• Overseeing daily operations with meticulous attention to detail• Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls• Delivering a high standard of sales, administrative, marketing and financial support• Processing payable invoices and credit notes• Maintaining full-cycle account processing up to trial balance including monthly payroll processing • Reconciling bank accounts and petty cash expenses• Performing monthly analyses and adjustments of GL reconciliations • Completing, submitting and importing monthly value-added tax and PAYE returns • Utilising Microsoft Excel to maintain fixed asset register• Streamlining monthly summary reports on fuel usage by company vehicles• Completing end of year closure of the books and strengthening other year-end financial management procedures, bringing errors to near-zero in reporting• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with key stakeholders, resolving complaints and enquiries• Planning and managing team performance during audits• Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records• Reading and interpreting technical documentation• Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation • Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive audit team with strict enforcement of statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements leader

Performing all or some of the following duties in all roles with varying levels of responsibility:• Collaborating with private sector companies to offer expertise in full-cycle account processing up to trial balance, including generating financial statements • Managing and coordinating financial audits of private companies and government departments• Managing, reviewing and providing constructive criticism to audit clerks• Supporting clients with internal and external audit activities• Analysing and providing feedback of onsite monthly accounting processes of clients• Executing and submitting value-added tax returns, PAYE and income tax returns
