Achievements include:• Reduced from 7 workflow systems down to 2.• Implemented Salesforce CRM across the retail business value chain.• Created execution ability for robotic process automation. (BluePrism)• Established Salesforce and Robotics Centre of Enablement for OMI and Co-chaired.• Achieved average of 4.8 on Culture Survey in 2022.• Implemented concept of Re-Charge days.• Introduced SaFe Agile and DevOps and moved IT Delivery from 32% to 81%between 2020 and 2022.

I was responsible and accountable for the design and implementation of the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) delivery capability for Standard Bank. Duties also included facilitates program level processes and execution, driving continuous development, managed risks and escalated impediments across the RPA delivery capability.Achievements include:• Established the IA / Robotics programme for the group including resourcing,introducing SaFe Agile and DevOps.• Introduced Workfusion RPA to Standard Bank.• Estimated benefit saving in 2019 from IA over R100M.• Implemented concepts such as 5-day challenge, duvet day and pet project.

I was responsible and accountable for establishing the iBPM workflow programme in Shared Services and lead the technology choice of using IBM couches over Java front end. Achievements include:• Rollout of iBPM workflow across Group Shared Services including process optimisation and voice of customer strategies.• First adopter of SaFe Agile in Group Shared Services and acted as Agile coach to the rest of the portfolio.• Improved delivery in Workflow by 800% using Agile in shared services.

I was responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of projects within Standard Bank using methodologies including PMBOK and Prince2.Notable projects delivered:• Part of project team that introduced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) which included the implementation of IBM FileNet.• Drove the implementation of new digital capabilities which included in-branch document scanning, digital signatures, and online fingerprint verification using bio-metric services from dept of Home Affairs.• Implemented and rolled out wireless ATMs inside Woolworths branches.• Project lead on RFP process to choose server virtualisation partner and implementation thereof.
