Daily managing of all Project duties.Liaising with clients in regards to project updates and progress.Weekly progress meetings with clients and staff.Project revenue and invoicing reporting.Reviewing of Quotations for new fabrications and repairs.Ensuring documentations is submitted on time to meet project deadlines.Communicating with overseas suppliers in regards to quotations and delivery dates.Liaising with clearance agents for imported materials.

Inspection on fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, U-Tube Bundles , LPG Storage Bullets, Tanks,Air coolers and ColumnsData book compilation and review.Compiling of ITP and QCP for all newly fabricated Pressure EquipmentClient inspections and final releases.Inspection and measurement of tubes before and after expansion on Heat Exchangers.Strong knowledge about Mechanical and Hydraulic Expansion Equipment. Material identification, Cast Transfer witnessing.Reviewing of material certs for acceptance according to Applicable Codes of manufacture as well as all extra requirements by clients due to process requirements Reviewing of PWHT charts according to relevant ASME Codes and client specifications, witnessing TC Placements and review of Procedure to ensure Soak time and temperature is acceptable Documentation review and approval for Sub-Contractors.Strong knowledge regarding Pressure testing including compiling of procedures, reviewing and also performing of said pressure testing. Experience in Hydraulic ,Pneumatic and Differential Pressure testing. Witnessing of Impacts,tensile,chemical,hardness,flattening and flaring of material as well as on qualifications of PQR's.Ensuring welding consumables are acceptable to code and client requirements and ensure all applicable Impacts and PWHT has been performed as and when required.Interpretation of Radio Graphic Films and also review for acceptance of NDE procedures and Reports as per Code of Construction.Strong Knowledge regarding Welding Processes and Welder Qualifications.
