Assisted in pointing out bugs and concerns.• Was invited to be factory trained on the Prima PRO in Winsford, UK. Recognition for assistance in the beta testing• Was requested to accompany a process engineer to the Oryx GTL facility in Qatar, to ensure GC lab analysis was up to par.• Attended the International Forum on Process Analytical Control (IFPAC) in Baltimore, MD, USA to see what directions online analysis is going.
