• Daily receiving and processing of transport orders• Daily planning, routing and scheduling of vehicles in a timeous manner • Ensuring that all loads are adequately insured • Assisting IMPERIAL Managed Logistics claims department in finalizing claims • Ensuring the tracking and capturing of information regarding Chep pallets • Daily measurement of key performance indicators (KPI’s) in accordance with each client’s service level agreement (SLA) • Day to day building and management of a service driven and professional relationship with all key contacts at the client / warehouse / loading point / delivery point and subcontractors • Assist IMPERIAL Managed Logistics POD department with outstanding queries • Ad Hoc queries from Management or client • Efficient scheduling of loads and in turn ensuring the profitability of all stakeholders • Following the necessary Claims, Accident, Hi-Jack and CHEP pallet procedures • Daily Rate management • Understanding and applying costing methods • Nightshift handover (Briefing/Debriefing)

Responsibilities:-Having team debriefings each morning-Inspecting each bay to be correctly destacked and palletized according to the customer's specifications-AOD investigations-Collecting POD's-Issuing DA's-Reporting and resolvingany discrepancies-Assisting with stock to be debriefed-Timesheets-Assisting manager to resolve any difficulties that may arise

Responsibilities:-Checking that the stock in the loading cages are correct-Making sure that the correct pallets of stock are loaded on to the vehicles assigned for different destinations-Helping with palatalizing and destacking of stock-Making sure that the stock is 100% complete according to customer’s specifications before loading-Completing loading diagrams-Issuing cage release documents-Reporting and resolving any discrepancies-Cage Reports-Organizing Vehicles to Load-Loading stock onto a vehicle well before the appointment time with customer-Assisting the driver to get correct paper work (Loading Sheets and Invoices)-Making sure that the driver gets crew to assist with the offloading of stock and making sure everything is 100% correct-Issuing of gate passes

Responsibilities:-Distributing magazines from the office at Ormonde to agents and picking up old returns, newspapers and magazines-Collecting monies owing to the company-Invoicing

Visit Agents according to route list Ensure all NND24 publications have maximum exposure Continuous development and maintainance of agent relationship Complete all tick sheets Submit weekly feedback reportsConduct accurate census taking Ensure correct stock is at the correct agent Ensure adhoc promotional material is visible
