We also install self-service kiosks on site to make the service more accessible to members. Members can see their savings balances, plan for the future and receive counselling in real-time.The Benefit Counsellor launched in 2019 with 3 Funds and 2,800 onboarded members. By 2002 we had 7 Funds and 370,000 onboarded members, along with a mobile friendly version with a WhatsApp bot and USSD, a rewards program, a Multi-Tenant Application and a Telegram Bot developed.
