I've always been interested in business as my family owned a small flower shop. My first business experience began when I was about 5 years old, selling vegetables out of my dad's garden (unbeknownst to him). I would help at the flower shop and do other odd jobs growing up, learning what it took to achieve a job well done. These experiences made business management seem like the perfect degree to obtain and I began to work towards that after high school. During college in 2012, a spinal cord injury set me back and forced me to become patient as I had to learn how to use my body once again. After years of hard work, blood, sweat and tears, I was ready to get back up and running towards my goals (though, not quite literally). I applied the grit that got me through the hard times over the years to my career. I found that starting organizations and getting them off the ground became my passion after working in the non profit and medical equipment industries. This led to my current work in the transportation industry, where creative problem solving is the norm. Through this all though, people have been the difference between shared success and failure. My family and friends got me through the hard times and I want to provide that to the people I know. Thank you for stopping by my profile, feel free to connect with me, I am always looking to expand my network and help others as best I can.
