o Perform customer excellent customer service. Review loan applications and approve or deny the loan. Receive and post customer payments, via in office visits, payments over the phone, payments through the mobile app, or payments via nightly deposit. Contact customers with delinquent loan accounts. Maintain and update account records on a yearly basis. Solicit new and former customers for account gain. Meet monthly branch goals for account gain and profit made.

o Accurately select, pack, and stage orders for curbside customer’s orders. Ensure orders are complete and accurate before giving the customer their order. Follow up with customers regarding any mistakes or returns. Assist customers with questions regarding their order through the phone. Inform customers on the benefits of Walmart+ and help customers sign up for the service. Collaborate and communicate with other associates to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Search for missing items from order through both the salesfloor as well as the store’s backroom. Substitute any missing items with items are similar in both use and price.

o Perform general cashier duties as well as helping customers sign up for the Walgreens loyalty rewards program. Accurately print out customer photos, passport photos, and work on photo projects such as posters, canvases, calendars, etc. Assist in unloading delivery truck containing inventory. Stock shelves with inventory while using the first in first out method. Remove any expired or damaged inventory from the salesfloor. Greets customers upon entering the store.

o Scans documents using a printer with scanning technology. Ensures scanned document is clear and readable. Enters data from the document into the school’s database. Discards documents that have been entered into the school’s database, with the use of a shredder.
