• Member of the Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) Core Team and Technology Council. I was responsible for implementing the global Value-Added Project program which incentivised Nalco Champion to go above and beyond.

• Working within the NAM (Shell) Production Chemistry team supporting the Ten Arlo (mature onshore gas) and ONEGas (mature offshore gas) assets, leading R&D projects and managing all aspects of the €M/yr business.
• Worked in the multidisciplinary asset optimization teams for both Ten Arlo and ONEGas assets. Worked with Operations, Technologists and Engineering on numerous chemical related optimizations and troubleshooting projects.
• Spent (cumulatively) months offshore in support of the ONEGas asset conducting audits, sampling and plant optimization.
• Generated an array of weekly, monthly and quarterly Operational Surveillance, Asset Performance and Regulatory Compliance reports for the Ten Arlo and ONEGas assets.
• Project Engineer responsible for delivering the Kinetic Hydrate Inhibitor/Corrosion Inhibitor (KHI/CI) package for the ONECal project which was an enabling technology for the wider project. Part of commissioning team.
