Developed automated python script to link Jama requirements to TestRail tests through API utilization. Configured ADAS ECU prototypes through PuTTY and debug boards. Automated camera calibration to enhance perception testing and ensure consistency across test sites.

System engineer within Ford Performance. Acted as lead for 2024 and 2025 Ford F-150 Raptor ECU module software readiness tracking. Collected data to diagnose and mitigate vehicle issues leading up to mass production. Coordinated with Design and Release Engineers of ECU modules to gather software update insight. Assembled vehicle components and utilized Diagnostic Engineering Tool to flash new software to various modules. Spoke regularly in director’s meetings to update upper management on progress of vehicle software and electronics. Navigated a complex network of deadlines and with multiple different work streams converging.

Designed a novel solution to drowsiness detection through in-cabin sensing and convolutional neural network. Progressed feature development of upcoming Cabin Intelligence Sensing feature. Implemented logic models within Simulink to validate feature performance. Utilized model based system engineering (MBSE) practices to improve feature documentation.

Through my first rotation, I acted as part of the System Architecture team within the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems group. I supported the Sensor Architecture scrum team to identify features and model them within our SysML tool. I brought to Ford a unique method of requirement generation for technology functions and then went on to facilitate training sessions for 8 different teams within the organization, thus impacting a large group of individuals. My experience with requirements didn't stop there, as I was able to have an impact through being the individual aligning radar sensor specifications/requirements with external stakeholders. Through this rotation I have developed a thorough understanding of the importance of a well documented system, open communication between functional teams, and effective requirement development.

During the summer of 2021, I worked with the Stryker Advanced Energy team within their Neurosurgical department. I was tasked with working on redesigning and bringing crucial updates to new technology that will be used in surgery. While I can't discuss the designs and project in-depth, I can say that this opportunity helped me gather outstanding experience in the engineering field. The opportunity to work as part of a professional team allowed me to further develop communication and teamwork skills. Along with this, a vast amount of technical skills were gathered and improved upon. I designed multiple parts as well as one whole product which allowed me to utilize skills in CAD using PTC Creo, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for yield analysis, stack-up tolerancing, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), rapid prototyping using 3D printing, manufacturing through sheet metal bending and self-created manufacturing drawings, and plenty of practice with ideation and iteration. Overall, I successfully completed all tasks throughout the internship and developed two reports (31 and 45 pages) for the rest of the team to be able to track my routes through the design process. My experience with Stryker helped me to develop a solid foundation for a long career in engineering. This was a very fulfilling role that allowed me to work on a project that will help to save people's lives, and I couldn't be more thankful for my time with the team.

Through my internship at Vectorform, I worked with the Innovation Consultancy to support a large energy and utility client on innovation research and development projects. My experience allowed me to lead an initiative that utilized sensor data on pole tops to gather real time data for outage events as well as data for preventative maintenance of utility poles. My project resulted in a value proposition worth millions of dollars in annual savings for the utility provider. I gained valuable skills experimenting with an Arduino Uno microprocessor to test out different sensors to gather data regarding forces on wires and poles. Most of all, my time at Vectorform opened my eyes to the exciting fast-paced world of innovation. Striving for efficiency through the development of cutting edge technology can drastically change people's lives for the better.

During my time as a research assistant at Jepsen Laboratories, I utilized Dragonfly 3D imaging software and NanoCT equipment to analyze bone strength and trabecular architecture of 22 femurs to improve the identification of osteoporosis as well as reveal faults in the current identification protocol. This experience further engrained my desire to utilize the technical skills and passion I have developed as an engineer to bring about a positive impact on people's daily lives.
