Managed helicopters, personnel, and the related project management maintaining the fleet to current technological requirements delivering safe, flyable aircraft to geographic leaders across the planet. Served in various positions of increased responsibility spanning twenty years of servant leadership capitalizing on lessons learned, wisdom of others, and shear fortitude ensuring mission completeness and success. Fostered an environment promoting equal opportunity and a culture not accepting of sexual harassment and assault. Positions varied from running daily and future operations, to the management of more than 650 Soldiers and DA Civilians, deploying and supporting both combat and training actions, culminating in training the future of the United States Army in a nationally accredited institution providing the education required to usher in the next generation of U.S. Army aviation soldiers.
