I've been in the IT industry since 2018. In my time, I have connected with several amazing, caring and knowledgeable people who guided me and helped me gather information and build a skill set that I never dreamed was possible as I did not go the traditional route and attend college. By staying focused and remaining teachable, I discovered that the sky is the limit if you apply yourself. I have gained experience with Active Directory, SalesForce, Windows10 Administration, Kaseya, Landesk, Device Management via MaaS360, Cisco AnnyConnect VPN, Solarwinds, Sharepoint, 8x8, and countless other useful systems. I am a dedicated learner and I am always eager to improve my skill set. I have phenomenal customer service skills both written and verbal. I am a people person, and always treat the people I service the way I would want to be serviced. Mental health is extremely important to me. I will always make sure that I am not purposely causing any harm or undue stress in the workplace environment, and if I am I correct it with no hesitation. I believe that the workplace morale is equally important to the workplace itself.
