My name is Jacob Banda and my wife’s name is Idah Mapeza Banda. We currently serve God as full time staff of Campus Crusade for Christ (C.C.C.). My job involves giving leadership to C.C.C. and reaching out to leaders with the Word of God. We also train missionaries:(1) to Last longer on the mission field while increasing their discipleship abilities (2) to be more productive, and (3) to increase their creativity.Prior to joining C.C.C. I worked as a Banker in two major commercial banks for and then served as a Church administrator for 13 years and 7 years respectively. I also did my Theological and Leadership training with International Theological Institute and Emerging Leader Initiative in 1997 to 1999 and 2007 to 2009 respectively. • My vision :creatively express the love of God through meeting spiritual and physical needs of man• My mission: sacrificially serve God in my generation with the aim of seeing transformed.• My Core Values: integrity, accountability, humility, acceptance and service.• My Interests: I like maintaining new and long term friendships. I am also interested in learning and acquiring knowledge. Learning how to be an effective leader has been my main desire. These interests help me connect with people, knowledge and be on the cutting edge.• My Hobbies: Reading Leadership Books and Gospel literature, listening to Gospel Music, Gardening, Journaling and Taking prayer walks.
