I'm a persistent and confident individual who respects the ideals behind Recruitment passionately. Working from previous experience, primarily within the hospitality sector but have been branching out and finding progression within other sectors, such as, Industry, Admin, DEI(Diversity/Equity/Inclusion) and remote. I plan to continue to succeed and with me now being apart of the Recruitment Heroes Team, I plan to establish a strong recruitment base and help others, as well as myself, grow and find roles suited ideally to the candidate as well as the Client.Over the past few years ive been involved with numerous music festivals, assisting with the hospitality requirements as well as managing bars and organisation in regards to building the teams and assigning them. Assisting with the recruitment roles within the agency and gained numerous contacts in different influential environments.Ive also been a part of a team that manages an electronic music event that has been established since 2018. It has helped create a more positive mindset towards the culture as well as helped friends who are artists use it as a platform to progress and succeed.
