• Coordinate interviews, prepare offers, onboard, and manage orientation for entry-level, lateral, and judicial clerk hires.• Lead U.S. recruiting team through the bi-annual employment data reporting process for US offices.• Manage the full recruiting team through the fall associate onboarding process and orientation planning for US offices for upwards of 90 incoming attorneys.• Analyze hiring data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and share findings with partners and recruiting managers. • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding process is efficient and make changes to process and systems when needed. • Prepare materials for and participate in hiring committee meetings to make decisions on summer associate and entry-level hiring.• Co-Manage the 10-week Summer Associate Program for upwards of 20 summer associates in the NY office.• Manage work assignment and evaluation process for summer associates in NY office, and participate in offer decision meetings.• Work with professional development and training team to coordinate training programs for attorneys of all levels in the litigation, securities, regulatory, IP and IP litigation practice groups firmwide.• Assist with development, coordination, and implementation of the firmwide Contested Matters Training program for 120 junior attorneys each fall and subsequent monthly trainings.• Coordinate the Deposition Skills Workshop for approximately 30 attorneys across all U.S. offices. • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding process is efficient and make changes to process and systems when needed. • Conduct presenter prep calls prior to training programs to confirm everyone’s understanding of program expectations.• Develop materials and presentations for training programs targeted to attorneys at all levels (Jr. Associate – Partner). • Collaborate with practice group leaders to identify training topics that would benefit their specific attorney groups.
