• Advise law school applicants regarding admissions strategy, from initial research through enrollment decision.• Brainstorm and edit application documents including personal statements, diversity statements, specific school questions, and Character and Fitness updates.• Present information via webinars, podcasts, and blogs on select topics related to law school admissions and financial aid.

• Created and executed Law School’s JD recruitment, admissions, scholarship, and enrollment strategies. Led effort to enroll record JD class by LSAT and GPA in 2020 and record JD class by LSAT, GPA, and diversity in 2021.• Oversaw operations of Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, including managing team of five full-time employees, as well as part-time employees and student ambassadors.• Led application and yield modeling efforts, producing weekly reports for Law School and University leadership, and year-end reports to the American Bar Association.• Created and annually updated scholarship procedures for JD program. Coordinated with Law School leadership regarding budget, enrollment goals, fund availability, and local and national trends in applications to develop unified strategy for scholarship awards.• Created and annually updated JD, LL.M. and JSD applications and evaluation procedures.• Managed off-campus recruitment programs including scheduling, budgeting, and data analysis.• Pivoted on-campus and off-campus recruitment programs to virtual environment due to COVID-19 pandemic including creating programming and events specific to Notre Dame Law School.• Developed and annually updated literature and web content for prospective and admitted students.• Two-time recipient of the Black Law Student Association’s award for the NDLS staff-member or department that most greatly impacted the chapter’s mission.• Collaborated with key stakeholders outside Notre Dame Law School regarding scholarship opportunities for students including the Weigand Notre Dame Legal Education Trust, the Indiana Conference for Legal Educational Opportunity, and the Yellow Ribbon fund via the Department of Veterans Affairs.• Participated as active member of broader law school admissions community including serving on LSAC Forum Workgroup (2018-2019), being a featured presenter at LSAC Annual Meetings (2016 and 2021), and regularly presenting at LSAC Forums.
