Currently, Onsite serves in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Arkansas, and New Mexico, with extensive experience in construction management, design/build, general construction, specialty construction, pre-construction services, facility services, and client focused solutions.

•Leading role in developing a Special Projects Division for GEJCC in the Oklahoma City Market.•Managing accounts with multiple high profile clients resulting in negotiated project awards.•Integral in growing our team in annual revenue and craft/support personnel.•Integral in the award of several master service agreements from multiple clients to help build the special projects division.

• Developing relationships with new and existing clients, resulting in additional negotiated work.• Developing estimates and schedules for both CM and Hard bid projects.• Managed accounts with Langston University, AAA Insurance, Mustang Public Schools, Moore Public Schools.

•Managed several projects at Tinker Air Force Base working with the United States Army Corp of Engineers, Base Contracting, and Tinker Support Services. •Responsible for Change Orders, Pay Apps, Schedules, Budgets, RFI’s, Estimating and other misc duties. Reported direct to the VP of Operations.

• Setup all preliminary forms and schedules for a 4.7 million dollar project and a 700K project. Wrote contracts for subcontractors and negotiated prices. Worked with the Corp of Engineers on submittals and RFI’s. Worked on schedules using primavera. Conducted meetings with subcontractors to go over scope of work, requirements, and expectations.• Estimated and bid projects for GSA and FAA.• Constructed the front entry of the Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City from midway through the project, taking a project that was several months behind schedule and reaching budget limits and completing the project on time and within budget by estimated and negotiating several change orders for time extensions and scope changes.

Duties included- Planned, directed and engaged in over 100 combat patrols in southern and western Baghdad.- Trained Iraqi Police in many areas of police work including tactical urban maneuvering/raiding, prisoner detainment, criminal investigation and crime scene protection.- Planned, directed and engaged in over 50 combat escorts throughout Baghdad and Central Iraq. - Logistically supplied and directed up to 9 soldiers during wartime operations.
