As a technical resource for the company, I work with our internal stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements that become the basis of design for our purpose-built data centers across the portfolio. Our team reviews every design to ensure our sites are compliant with our robust concurrent maintainability requirements, redundancy standards, and customer needs. I support our strategic sales account managers in the completion of technical RFP documents, ensuring our support systems are SPOF-free and can support the unique requirements of each customer.Lastly, I manage our department's deferred capital and expansion projects. This includes hiring 3rd party design firms, developing budgets and schedules, and working with our construction team on a successful handoff once permits are ready.
