Shift supervising, working as a production assistant, and assisting with plant operations and project engineering. Safety and Environmental reporting and responsibilities.

Organizing and itemizing warehouse and spare parts inventory were key responsibilities. Assisting with day to day operation of the Maintenance Department and serving in an interim capacity as leadership for Maintenance were also important. I also was a major part of the oil and lubrication program with gearbox sampling and oil analysis and instituting proper greasing practices and PMs.

Assisted with final planning stages and initial groundwork for new truck scale installation. Initial research and planning for water softener and reverse osmosis water purification system.

Summer job detasseling corn. Work as a corn detasseler, trainer, and squad leader. Was promoted to the FORCE in 2010.
