Responsible for fielding daily calls from clients with questions regarding 401(k) and other retirement service products by resolving questions related to basic 401(k), IRA, Profit Sharing and Money Purchase Plans by providing an explanation of plan provisions and address client concerns.

Was Responsible for assisting the Development Department with daily activities in the support of the organizations non-for-profit development programs. Some of these responsibilities include helping solicit donations, preparing advertisements or correspondence regarding the organization and its programs. In addition to these, I preformed a variety of other tasks including communicating with general public and external agencies through a wide range of events that will help to benefit Mercy Flight.

Customer service crew members work order counters, registers, and drive-thru windows at Wendy’s fast food restaurants. Wendy’s team members in the kitchen quickly prepare food made to order. Crew members at Wendy’s may also perform cleaning duties in the restaurant seating area, restrooms, or kitchen if assigned. Wendy’s crew members work alongside Wendy’s managers to ensure every customer receives quality service.
