Fremont Automation is a custom machine manufacturer who is currently focused on making automation equipment in the food and beverage industry. Historically we've worked in many different industries, including automotive, agriculture, and general manufacturing. Our history of building unique machines that have very little overlap in functionality or purpose has given us a wide breadth of designs and approaches when it comes to developing unique solutions that are catered specifically to the different applications we've been approached with. To put it simply: regardless of whether or not we have specific experience with the application you have, we feel completely confident in our ability to deliver the best possible machine. We've never left a machine that the customer wasn't completely satisfied with, and we don't leave a job site until the the customer is happy. That's not an empty promise, that's just how we operate, and we have no intention of changing that about ourselves. As for me, I've been doing all of the electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic design on our custom equipment, as well as the PLC and HMI programming. I've worked with Rockwell, Omron, and AutomationDirect PLCs. I've worked with Rockwell, AutomationDirect, RedLion, and Exor HMIs. I've also done plenty of odd jobs for customers through the years with too many odd manufacturers to remember. Including troubleshooting and fixing several machines with no documentation at all, and programs with no labels to help.
