During my tenure at Morgan Stanley, I contributed my skills to two different departments. Initially, I played a vital role in the Wealth Management Residential Support team, overseeing funding, servicing, and collateral management for all loans under Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association. My focus extended to collateral document precision through weekly reports and meetings, ensuring a seamless process. In servicing, I managed daily principal and interest remittance processing, crafted monthly reports for the finance department, and handled back-end accounting for accurate loan funding and disbursement.Later, I joined the Foreign Currency Trade Support team, leading my team's phone line. Here, I assisted financial advisors with tasks like currency conversions, outgoing wires, and wire recalls & traces, enhancing operational efficiency and client support.

During my time as an Account Manager, I made outbound calls to potential buyers to get them started on their refinance process.

I pre-qualify clients by looking at their bank statements, income, taxes, credit scores and other financials. Rates that are used are based off the housing and stock markets; I am constantly assessing those markets to help adjust certain rates.

I am responsible for up to 16 tills in a night, where I open and close the registers to begin the shift and end it. When closing registers I use ledgers and charts to keep track of each till's end balance.

I was responsible for ticket & concession sales as well as maintaining the theaters.
