• Responsible for design and execution of engineered-to-order Crouse-Hinds and B-Line products per established lead times• Organize and present specifications given by customer into detailed designs and drawing/model packages• Support Marketing and Sales technical queries as required to support quoting process• Assist manufacturing as required to resolve assembly manufacturing issues • Serve as UL 508A MTR for Sherman manufacturing site

• Continuously improve manufacturing processes by applying and monitoring lean manufacturing and mistake proofing techniques• Design the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to maximize efficiency• Project Manager for manufacturing launch of new products• Coordinate with quality and manufacturing personnel to resolve customer concerns, production problems, and minimize cost• Develop manufacturing methods and processes to promote efficient staff, safety, and facility utilization• Design and develop new production equipment
