Technical Support Engineer
Current- Provide professional technical support to customers via phone call/email queue and manage/monitor the case until a resolution is found.- Assist clients with installing/configuring add-ins to integrate with other software for their specific needs, such as Telematics, Accounting Systems, and Task Automation for updating records in our software.- Perform professional services for clients that include setting up a dedicated server to run our software. This includes: SQL Installation/Configuration, internal network connectivity to end user machines/tablets, and installation of our software.- Perform internal bug testing by creating virtual machines, installing SQL and our product(s), restoring client data in the environment, recreate the issue, then submit a bug via JIRA to our developers for a fix.
