To answer phone calls and efficiently diagnose the technical or billing issue and guide the customer towards the correct solution. Through empathy and professional guidelines I helped the customer feel understood and valued throughout the troubleshooting process, as well as de-escalating customers if necessary.

To carefully monitor the clients under my care; activities such as administering medication, supervising projects, and going on outings were commonplace. I worked closely with the individual clients, other staff, and therapists to provide the best environment for facilitating emotional growth and recovery. (I had to end my employment there due to the altering of the schedule that was non-negotiable and interfered with my academia)

To supervise and interact with the clients under my authority, to intervene if any violence or harmful behavior began, to restrain if necessary following PCS (Positive Control System) system, and to be there as an advisor and a listener to help guide them through their issues and work with their therapist to be able to return to their home lives.

To respond quickly to customers and provide them with fast and friendly care, and to handle money responsibly and provide accurate change. To listen and solve any issues and provide a personable presence to discuss concerns with, and responsibly hold a key and alarm codes.
