It's been rewarding to see others meet their goals and find the support they need to move on to the next level in their lives. My favorite civic projects are KC Degrees, KC Scholars, the Alliance for Economic Inclusion and our "Workforce Conversation Series" with the EARN group. It's been amazing to work with so many members of the community that has given so much to me, and I'm passionate about finding ways to be a valuable contributor to efforts that support families, students and workers. I'm searching for a new opportunity in the philanthropy and non profit sector doing workforce development, human resources and labor relations, education and e-learning. My ideal setting could be a association, school, hospital or other ngo environment.
