I am a self-motivated person who has worked first as a dairy manager on a private farm for 6 months where I managed to control mastitis from 68% to 11% prevalence over a period of 6 weeks in a 78 milking herd.I then moved to a ranching company where I started as a ranch assistant and rose through ranks in 8 years to the position of ranch section manager managing two stud herds and a breeding herd of 1600 cow and 600 ewes. Joined the Zambian civil service as a livestock technician,went to do veterinary medicine at University of Zambia and I am now a veterinary surgeon. I love dealing with emergency surgery under pressure of work while saving animal life. I also like solving complicated epidemiological cases which makes me contented with my professional career.
