I work on laser systems for both commercial and military applications. I design laser products and manufacturing techniques to achieve profitable laser product production. I participate in every step of the deign and production process from early conversations with customers, hands on design work, prototyping, design of manufacturing techniques and building fixtures and mechanisms to successfully manufacturing products at volume. In addition to my hands on work with the engineering process I also act as a lead mechanical engineer to assist, guide, and review the work of other mechanical engineers on the team.
