• Oversee over 50 interviewers nightly, make sure each interviewer is mindful of their subject’s time and opinion(s), listen to and take notes on all calls, and collect and organize feedback from each call to update all census data in real time.• Maintain a broad array of knowledge pertaining to both the poll-side and subject-side so as to assist both the student-interviewers as well as their subjects; with questions pertaining (but not limited) to polling software, our code of conduct and procedures, the subject matter of the polls themselves, and the Marist Institute for Public Opinion as an organization• Train head coaches and manage administrators by giving them information about personnel, garnering necessary staff and support stations to collect the necessary volume of data, and outreaching to the student body to raise awareness of the Marist Poll.

• Learned how to lead an assets protection team within one of the highest valued Target stores in the entire company; worked with and took charge of uniformed and undercover security officers.• Opened and led investigations into subjects caught stealing from a Target store; reviewed hours of footage to track the subjects’ visit to the store and acquire video evidence of the subjects concealing and not providing payment for merchandise; worked with local law enforcement in order to arrange for subjects to be apprehended.• Took charge of safety and security for the Target store; learned how to create a safety culture – ensured that both guests and team members within the building are kept safe at all times.• Kept track of and attempted to prevent shortage within the Target store; utilized several company specific data resources; once shortage was found I then investigated why that shortage existed.

• Assist Dr. Julie Raines in research and track progress on Diversion Courts, an informational documentary providing insight into diversion and problem-solving courts, maintain the investigative narrative of the piece and confirm that all deadlines are met. • Interview and consult with criminal justice professionals with experience in successfully completed cases and analyze that information to write questions for upcoming interviews of selected subjects in Diversion Courts. • Review over 25 hours of footage from interviews for Diversion Courts, annotate what was relevant to the narrative of the story, and digitize detailed transcriptions for Dr. Raines to approve • Conduct interviews of hand-selected criminal justice professionals and provide assistance to the production team by dressing sets, prepping gear, pre-interviewing the subjects, and liaise to all crew members throughout the interview process (Diversion Courts).
