While co-owning and operating a successful real estate business, I studied business at University of Phoenix and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Managed the production / kitchen aspect of the Brick Oven Restaurant located in Provo, Utah. I managed approximately 30 employees including scheduling, time management and efficiency, wages and compensation, research and development for new products, and more.
