I currently manage a team of over 100 engineers that cover structural analysis, aerodynamics, structural dynamics, and mass properties. I spent most of my career so far as an aircraft structural engineer with experience in static strength, fatigue, damage tolerance, and airworthiness certification.I help put together and review many formal bids and proposals for government contracts. I maintain and coordinate a monthly labor forecast for our team. I am actively involved in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new engineers. I am highly engaged in performance development and training of our engineering team members. I am always looking to improve how things are done and learn something new.My engineering skills include finite element analysis, crack growth analysis, testing, and classical analysis methods. I have worked a variety of major modifications, repairs, and alterations on civilian and military aircraft, and I have worked on many difficult and unique engineering problems.
