Based in Seattle, this exciting new technology company is enabling companies to engage their customers and manage their business with intuitive tools that deliver a customized and professional experience to their customers - from any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

I oversee all online, tv, radio and print media that is placed for our 50+ clients. I am responsible for delivering traffic instructions, assisting with creative content, preparing scripts, doing market research projects and collaborating with our vendors to make sure all placements are running timely and without issue. In addition to handling our media content distribution, I also assist with harmonizing our billing cycle by processing our monthly invoicing, organizing all payment documentations, and creating estimate sheets for new job placements.

Assisted in managing a variety of different client accounts such as Yoke’s Fresh Market, Netflix, Memjet, American West Bank. Helped coordinate advertising and marketing duties around the different departments of the agency as well as getting the privilege to work on some large projects myself. My daily duties varied from working with media buyers to help generate market research about certain segments, helping the production team on set of commercial shoots, assisting in SEO operations associated with client campaigns. I even participated in the launching of a new community-funded free market startup called Crowdswell.
