I'm a highly focused and passionate computational biologist at Bristol Myers Squibb, generating reverse translational and discovery insights by analyzing late-stage clinical and preclinical data. I am experienced in bioinformatics, ML, and software engineering.I am skilled in Python and R for bioinformatics, data analytics, image analysis, and ML/DL. I have experience working with RNA seq (bulk, single cell, and spatial), proteomic, and ADaM format late-stage clinical biomarker data.I completed my Ph.D. in Neuroscience at West Virginia University, where I Independently and collaboratively designed and conducted computational, behavioral, and imaging experiments to address research questions in the fields of neuroscience, circadian rhythms, pain, and oncology.
