I have been a operations associate for 3 years and during that time i’ve learned many things, Ive learned how to be independent and think for myself when doing projects and its helped prove to managers and leads that i don’t need to be micromanaged, another skill i’ve picked up in this field is the ability to listen to all possibilities and consider all ideas because in operations things change minute to minute sometimes and the ability to listen to your team members during these times and consider everyone’s approach proves to keep everyone at ease and the morale high and who doesn’t like to feel like they’re apart of something.
