Hi, I'm Jacob. I am a Realtor, working in Kailua/Kaneohe on the windward side of Hawaii. I can help with all aspects of real estate sales and rentals from buying/selling services to management. My focus now is in residential properties. I have been steeped in real estate since I was a child. Real Estate investing and management have been a part of my life watching and helping my parents in their business for years. Before focusing on Real Estate full time I ran a home remodeling business. While I still take jobs from time to time, I prefer to put my efforts towards building my current business and helping my brokerage. After graduating from college, I spent a year with Sultan Ventures, a boutique venture firm in Honolulu, Hawaii. At Sultan I worked with startups in various stages of development. This work provided valuable experience in multiple industries, venture capital, investment strategy, business development, interpersonal communication, and most of all the startup ecosystem. I strive to take the lessons I learned at Sultan and apply them to whatever task or project in front of me. I was born and raised in Hawaii. Started college on the mainland but finished my degree at Shidler College of Business at UH Manoa.
