• Initiated conversations with the former Assistant Director of Marketing and current Associate Director of Communications to express my desires to work in college front office athletics, resulting in the acquisition of this role.• Directly involved with the gameday experience for all Texans fans for each individual sport. Job involve executing the setup and teardown or all fan station, running the stations and providing assistance to fans in need of help. • Prioritize the fans first, often not being able to fully watch a game as often the job involves looking for ways to help enhance someone’s gameday experience either through a giveaway or a unique opportunity for people in the group.

• Drives a variety of boats on Lady Bird Lake, while giving informational, concise tours to groups of over 60 people on a 2 ton vessel. Currently, I am one of the highest rated guides and average over 120 dollars a tour. • Bears the responsibility of making sure a boat is running safe for guests, expected to jump into immediate action in case something does go wrong. • Runs daily finances, making sure that the cash books are balanced nightly and all tips are accounted for.

I worked under the CA umbrella for a new development property in the West Campus area called Noble 2500. At Noble 2500 I give tours to potential residents, close on leads, assist in our social media, and do marketing both on and off property. Due to this being a new property it’s had to force me into being hands on in all aspects of the property and I am more knowledgeable then most Community Assistants in terms of knowing the market, reading housing contracts, and being an excellent closer with my confident, friendly, easy going demeanor .

• Physically demanding job of constant movement while still being gracious and courteous to every guest that came through our drive thru in a global pandemic• Created a Employee Recognition Program that was implemented by our store operator in less than a month. I was able to create a gift that showed genuine appreciation for all of our team members in store known for kindness, all while managing a 4.0 GPA in college.
