Responsible for originating $200M - $300M of annual mortgages while managing $1B plus mortgage portfolio.

Responsible for originating $100 – $200 million in commercial mortgage loan investments securedby retail, multi-family, industrial, office and hotel properties nationwide.Investments include permanent and construction to permanent financing, mezzanine financing andhistoric tax credit investments at industry leading yields with appropriate structure to mitigate risks.

- Underwrite office, multifamily, industrial, and retail properties for acquisitions and dispositions in theSouth region; create Argus models to analyze leasing impacts to property value.- Analyze and negotiate LOIs, leases, structure around risks and conduct hold/sell analyses.- Research and identify target submarkets for investment using CoStar, REIS, and broker network.

- Conduct financial analysis, tenant analysis, lease analysis, market and submarket analysis.- Negotiate application deal points, rate, terms, and create structure to mitigate deal specific risks.- Cultivate relationships with correspondent network and mortgage bankers to secure deal flow fornew production and on-going portfolio surveillance and servicing.- Investments reporting/Investor Relations/Corporate Strategy: Developed strategic communicationsfor CIO, Board of Directors and rating agencies, analyzed quarterly performance for Nationwide andcompetitors.

Manage customer relationship with Eaton Automotive and related profit and sales plans.
