In this position I review applications for Fixed Indexed Annuities. I am responsible for making sure we follow procedures to follow compliance, suitability, and individual state insurance requirements. The end result is a fine tuned case that turns in to an annuity contract, all while procuring funds from a client's previous investment and securing it in another wealth building tool. Case Manager:Manage new life applications from start to finish. Communicate with life insurance distributors to obtain information needed to underwrite a life insurance case. Manage cases specifically with Crump Life Insurance Company, the largest general agency in the country. Solve problems which include but are not limited to correcting information on cases, expediting cases through the underwriting process as seen fit, and placing cases in a rush as necessary. Handled, on average, approximately 150-200 cases at a time.Previous experience in Life New Business Contact Center:Handle incoming calls from insurance agents and general agents to answer questions regarding new life insurance applications. Help them make sure all documents and requirements are received to complete a life insurance case. Assist in training new employees as needed and a go-to person for many employees in the contact center.

Client Account Manager:Handled customer requests over the phone and via email. This included scheduling services, writing up orders and assisting sales staff to gather leads for potential clientele. In addition, communication with clients consisted of upselling services, retaining current business, and gaining new accounts. Volunteered to facilitate the Saturday Shred service on a regular basis. Customer Service Representative:Drove Shred-It service trucks and serviced our clients. Plan route in a manner that increased efficiency. Followed strict security procedures to ensure clients’ confidential documents were securely destroyed on the premises of their organization.

Service Advisor:Set appointments for customers and wrote up repair orders upon greeting them. Estimated the cost of their repair and explained repair costs.Service Runner:Moved customer vehicles to the appropriate location in the department. Gave shuttle rides to customers as needed. Washed all customer vehicles.
