As warehouse manager, I oversee all aspects of our companies warehouse operations for six departments, to include delivery drivers, tool management and wireless specialists. Every day activities include scheduling of deliveries/clean offs for job sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, tracking and maintaining, incoming and outgoing material, coordinating with other department directors to ensure positive and smooth work flow.There is also a external aspect of keeping, professional, consistent and timely contact with all vendors and other external parties. My goal is to improve all aspects to work for all parties involved with our warehouse operations, whether it be internal or external.
