● Supervisor of multiple departments● Quality control of product● Quality control for all paperwork & reports● Operate/Run Production lines● Monitor alarms for lines and raw materials● Change over for orders after completion● Identify and correct major and minor bottlenecks on lines and equipment ●Update visual display boards & keep logs of work done and changes made ●Perform quality control checks of product from production lines ● Packageand transport finished product to finished goods yard● Complete all paperwork for running a line/tracking work● Closely follow a changing schedule● Competently give a shift-change pass down including, but not limited to,communicating work orders, logs, tool audits & inspections.● Run raw materials such as Wood, Reclaim, Poly● Communicate with outside vendors & drivers to ensure efficient inventoryand space management● Rotate trailers safely and efficiently to ensure maximum productivity● Maintain a safe and clean work environment● Perform preventative maintenance on Raw materials equipment● Complete inbound & consumed raw materials paperwork● Complete float & moisture tests for raw materials● Drive various equipment including forklifts, front loader, Skid steer, yarddog, semi (CDL), and pallet jack.
