• Oversee all clinic Unblinded duties, including but not limited to inventory, reception, documentation and dispensing of Investigational Product for over 12 studies.• Facilitate the maintenance of proper documentation and record of all clinic IP according to Federal, Sponsor, and IRB regulation, including study drug and ancillary supplies. Ensures accurate and swift documentation of Unblinded duties. • Familiar with several Sponsor software platforms, including but not limited to Endpoint, Impala, PPD IRT and Firecrest, amongst numerous others.• Manage and maintain Clinical Conductor and RealTime patient databases, including recruitment, outreach, scheduling and patient communication. Assist with educating patients in aspects of studies.• Assist the Principle Investigator and Site Director with the execution of multiple clinical trial protocols in accordance with Federal, Sponsor, and IRB guidelines and good clinical practice.

• Supervise and sustain hospital inventory in value excess of $750k. Conduct inventory count, ordering, receiving and distribution of materials including but not limited to medical supplies, implants, tissue, consignment items and equipment for several departments. • Follow strict State and Federal regulatory requirements and accreditation guidelines to ensure highest quality of care.• Build and catalog inventory databases as well as maintain both digital and hard copies of records and reports. Employ various purchasing and inventory management software such as but not limited to eProcurement and Envi MMIS.• Coordinate logistics for the sourcing, transportation and documentation of transplantable tissue and implants within departments. • Create, submit and monitor all purchase orders, consignment orders and complete their respective documentation.

• Account for inventory, order, reception and distribution of all center supplies and equipment. Monitor delivery process including purchase order reconciliation, backorders, damaged or missing products, incorrect deliveries, and returns.• Generate and process purchase orders utilizing SMART interactive inventory system to ensure current and accurate pricing.• Manage and maintain constant contact and business relations with vendors and brand representatives.• Chart regulatory requirements and accreditation guidelines to achieve all safety and security procedures. Direct building, equipment and instrument maintenance and organize scheduled biomedical checks on equipment.• Participate in financial analysis including case costing, trending inventory history and contract pricing. Monitor accrual process and reconcile end of month reporting. Assist with account payable reconciliation by confirming transactions related to inventory.
