Duties include general assistance with client machine setup and maintenance, while maintaining an inventory of IT equipment and set of software to manage said equipment. In particular, my most frequent duties are:- Remote support of client machines.- Managing an inventory of spare equipment for future use.- Management of in-use machines and company log-ins via Microsoft Active Directory.- Assistance in physical setup/moving IT equipment.- Knowledge of multiple computer operating systems to set up and maintain user machines.- Collaborating with a team to plan projects involving use of equipment, such as installing presentation equipment for campus events.

Worked as a cashier, on the food serving line, communicated with my team and customers, and handled various behind the scenes restaurant duties in a rotating shift schedule.

Gathered data from schools, universities, and other organizations to implement into Legit Apps' software infrastructure to create useful resource applications. I have worked with Google Firebase to place data into databases as well as generate content for mobile applications.
