Completed/installed projects include I have been a part of: heat exchanger instalation, evaporator upgrades, cooling water system upgrades.· Combining data analysis and chemical modelling for trouble shooting, such as boiler cold end acid corrosion and EDTA (cleaning chemical) regeneration.· Environmental responsibilities: Monitor, treat and release effluent ponds. Set up instrumentation, monitor and compile data for air born particulates. · Aid other departments through modelling and data analysis. E.g. Boiler tube degradation rate (Engineering Department), Drug/alcohol test frequency requirements (HR Department), Technical budget modelling (Management). -
