I've worked diligently in the customer service/sales field for 4 years. I started at 16 in the restaurant business, working both as a server/waiter as well as a cook. At a young age I was entrusted with leadership positions, as a kitchen lead/main cook as well as a lead server. My employers knew me as someone dependable, as I showed for every shift and kept an open schedule to help whenever I was needed. While I worked throughout highschool, from which I graduated a semester early, I used my spare time to pickup a proficiency in new technologies, as I made money modifying phones, computers, and consoles. I've since employed those skills in my current line of work, as an assistant manager/sales associate pawn broker at top cash pawn. I can read and type in no time, creating a smooth and timely transaction between me and my customers. This, as well as my verbal and written fluency, has allowed me to develop strong personal and professional relationships with my customers. I enjoy learning, and I learn with the intent to teach. I train quickly, and can develop new skills in a fraction of the time it takes my coworkers, and I look forward to finding a position with a company that will enable me to not only use and refine those already developed skills, but that will also allow me to express and utilize my creative and nimble mind.
