About Jacob Cotton

I have over 14 years of teaching experience having taught in Oklahoma, South Carolina and now Mississippi where I currently teach and previously served as the Associate Director in the School of Performing and Visual Arts at the University of Southern Mississippi. My research in pedagogy utilizing sports psychology methods has been presented at national conferences and my creative research has been exhibited in galleries across the nation and in Europe. My success however is best illustrated in my student outcomes through the community they build in and out of the classroom, their employment at design agencies, and through their countless awards each year.
