- Introduce new concepts, and share constructive criticism. This included redesigning the bar program to be more efficient and profitable during peak seasons
- Solve problems using original solutions for customers as they arise
- Utilize expansive knowledge of mixed beverages, specialty liquors and craft beers to support restaurant needs and make recommendations to bar customers
