Responsible for creating on demand training while also handling onboarding training for new hires. Manufacturing of these trainings involve video creation, 1 on 1 connections, and other requests from those inside of Waggener Edstrom.

Dedicated position to helping understaffed or behind areas of the store. The role changes depending on current situations.

Shopping on behalf of customers, and taking their order to their car. Involved the use of Zebra TC52s. Regarded as the SMA on TC52s inside the store.

Provided excellent support to customers who needed to: send money through Western Union, general store questions, lottery tickets, and bill pays. Requirement on being level minded with customers who were angry or frustrated.

The same curbside position, but would be temporarily closed due to short staffing.

Fast paced role involving a mix of customer service, money handling, and customer satisfaction.

Efficiently and courteously organizes customer items, while making small talk to promote a positive shopping experience.
