As Head of Strategy at FigJam and Co, Jacob was instrumental in executing a fully-integrated online ordering platform and streamlining business processes. As a corporate speaker at industry and public sector events and most recently as a panelist at the APEC Symposium in Sydney, WIPCE 2017 Toronto presenter for retention rates of Indigenous University Students in Australia Jacob is gaining a reputation as a leading thinker in systems and innovation. Previously he worked with investment teams for IOOF in Melbourne where he managed fixed interest funds and helped clients with financial planning. As the Insurance and Wealth Analyst, at Shadforth Financial Group, Jacob analysed and designed weightings for investment portfolios for client relationship officers to distribute to clients. He also worked in Sydney on the Wynyard Walk and City East Cable Tunnel as a Civil Engineer for Thiess.
