Assistant Production Supervisor
CurrentMy role as assistant production supervisor is to help the supervisor with every day production and sanitation needs.I have knowledge in raw material and finished product.I have the knowledge and capability to operate the machinery throughout the facility, machines such as evaporators, pasteurizers, fillers, blanchers, decanters.Manage work force and meet production goals.Train employees on multiple positions throughout the facility whether they are evaporator operators or filler operators, train employees on proper paper work or record keeping.Conduct weekly food safety meetings and monthly safety meetings.Record keeping using computer programs Microsoft excel or Microsoft word, and paper work.Monitor CIP’s (clean in place) and COP’s (clean out of place). Make sure employees are following proper GMP’s and wearing proper PPE’s during production or sanitation.
